Szechuan Chicken Served with Rice and Vegetables
Slices of white meat chicken stir-fried with vegetables in brown spicy Szechuan sauce served with rice (brown or white) and vegetables.
Chicken Piccata Over Pasta
Chicken breasts, pounded flat and sautéed in butter and lemon served over pasta with capers.
Sweet and Sour Pork (or Chicken) Served with Rice
Succulent pork (or chicken) covered in a sweet and sour sauce with onions and peppers served with rice (brown or white).
Beef Stroganoff
Tender strips of beef and mushrooms cooked in a sour cream sauce service over noodles.
Teriyaki Beef (or Chicken) Stir Fry
Marinated beef (or chicken) cooked with assorted peppers served with rice (brown or white).
Lasagna
Traditional lasagna noodles layered with an herb seasoned tomato and 100% ground beef sauce and three cheese mixture of ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan, Oven-roasted for tender texture and robust flavor. Served with garlic bread.
Vegetable Lasagna
Freshly made pasta hand layered between a real Parmesan, Romano and mozzarella cheese sauce mixed with carrots, spinach, broccoli and onions then topped with cheesy bread crumbs.
