Holiday weekends are a busy time for us, and this Labor Day holiday weekend has been no different for both catering jobs as well as personal chef services we provide.

Due to the foods being served on the open waters, we felt it best to present all foods in plastic containers, on plastic platters.
The presentation was acceptable due to the circumstances, and the foods highly received.
