Dinner Party for Six

YaDa Chef provided services for a dinner party in Fort (Ft) Lauderdale.

The menu consisted of:

Starters

• Sun Dried Tomato & Feta Sigaras Hors D'Oeuvres
  
• Citrus & Tequila Marinated Shrimp on Crustini Hors D'Oeuvres
  

Dinner

• Almond crusted Mahi-Mahi and Filet Mignon with adobado paste (duel entree), along side of chipotle whipped potatoes and fresh garden vegetables
  

Dessert

• Warmed decadent brownies with chocolate sauce, topped with fresh whipped cream and berries
  

Included in their package was a server/chef at a very discounted rate.  To maintain a the fish and meat were cooked to perfection, these items were required to be cooked on site.
